CPD Seminar on the “Proposed Legislation to Regulate the Sale of First-hand Residential Properties”
The Government has launched a Bill on the issue, and a public consultation entitled “Public Consultation on the Proposed Legislation to Regulate the Sale of First-Hand Residential Properties” has recently been completed.
In order to provide a better picture and insights to interested professionals concerning the issue, The Professional Commons will organize a CPD seminar on the topic on 12 March 2012 (Monday).

Topic 2: Property Market and the Economy (45 Minutes):

Speaker: Mr. Victor Wai (韋志堅先生), Vice Chairman of The Professional Commons (Mr. Wai was a Director of the Bank of America before retirement)
The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese (本研討會是以廣東話進行).
A certificate (for 1.5 hours) will be issued after the seminar, and the participants are responsible for clarifying with the relevant professional bodies for any CPD accreditation.
