The public here has still never heard that dictatorships also have “universal and equal suffrage.” China today has grassroots elections and everyone can cast a ballot. What Hong Kong needs are ELECTION ARRANGEMENTS and CONSTITUENCY DESIGNS that can produce a true representation of all the people.
